During the Month October the Circuitry of the IR sensors was developed and tested on a breadboard to assure that it was functional before printing it on a pcb of our design.
The IR sensor proved to be a welcome challenge for the members of the Team since it was the first time we have experimented with a complex circuit us such in a university setting.
In this stage of development which is experimental we have devised ways on how to integrate these sensors on our MicroMouse design. Before the integration we will have to calibrate and enhance the efficiency of the sensors by thinking about their position and depending on our preferences incorporate these parameters in the code that will run the microprocessor.
