During this month we had to establish a plan and get everything in motion. I was in charge of creating the plan and distributing the jobs, I feel as if I have done that quite successfully. A lot of factors had to be considered, such as where everyone's skills lied and the use of time considering there is a lot to be done. I went for an approach where there were two people per task, hopefully this means that the job will get done to a standard where at least half the team is content and not that not too much time is spent on a task, the saying "two minds work better than one" is a good way to describe my thinking. I was also placed in charge of developing the website, I found that establishing it early meant that I could get the skeleton done before the first task was started. I believe that editing the website can be done outside of lab hours, this frees precious time in the lab for conducting hardware and software advancements. October was a great starting month, James and I successfully completed the construction of the motor and close to the end of the month, helped Panos and Anthony on the construction of the IR/US circuits, with the intentions of speeding things up to keep up the extremely motivated attitude within the camp.
